Summertime here in Arizona means lots of time by the pool. When entertaining I like to keep it simple with a punch that I can mix up ahead of time and my guests can just serve themselves. Something tropical and tiki inspired is always perfect for a pool party. My go-to spirit for a punch is Rum mixed with a few tropical and citrus juices. Mix everything up in a large pitcher. Set out a few glasses, a bucket full of ice and some fresh fruit garnishes and you’re ready to go!
