Chocolate and Wine together. Add a fun retro inspired Scottsdale resort. Music. This year’s Scottsdale Culinary Festival’s Chocolate and Wine Experience (January 27th, 2017) at The Saguaro was quite an evening.
Wine. The wine was flowing. Cannonball Wine Company, Pillsbury Wine Company and Cellar 443. Reds, whites, yes please.
And chocolate. So much chocolate. Talking Stick Resort’s raspberry tarts were gorgeous and their chocolate ‘salami’ was intriguing.
The chocolate’s from XO Confections were stunning.
EVO’s Bread Pudding was over the top fancy…and scrumptious too.
Salted Serenity’s Salted Maple Bourbon Caramels were amazing
More than just wine. There was tequila and beer (chocolate stout no less)
Pinspiration hosted a fun crafting table where you could create your own key chain or wine glass charm
What’s next on the calendar for Scottsdale Culinary Festival events? Two of my favorites:
Barrel + Board, February 23rd. Beer. Whiskey. Cheese. Need I say more??
Burger Battle, March 9th. Taste burgers from over a dozen local chefs and you get to vote for your favorite.
See you there!
