Cheers to Friday. I love discovering amazing locally produced products and one of my newest favorites is Iconic Cocktail Co. You can find them at local markets including Tempe’s 6th Street Market on Sundays. Iconic Cocktail Co offers mixers making it really easy to create delicious craft cocktails. Spiced Honey, Ginga Syrup, Kaffir Lime Syrup and the one I’ve been mixing with Cranberry Thyme.

I love a tasty mule. So refreshing. Love the icy-ness of the copper mug. If you’ve been following me for awhile, you know whiskey is my spirit of choice including for a mule (though I’ve mixed and ordered a fair share of vodka based mules over the years).
Fill a copper mug with ice.
Add 1 ounce Cranberry Thyme (mix well first). 2 ounces of your favorite bourbon. I used Arizona Distilling Co.’s Copper City Bourbon – another great Arizona made product.
Fill the cup with 8 ounces of Ginger Beer. Bundaberg is my FAVORITE.
Squeeze 1/2 lime. Mix well.
Garnish with fresh cranberries and a slice of lime.

- 1 oz. Iconic Cocktail Co. Cranberry Thyme
- 2 oz. Bourbon
- 8 oz. Ginger Beer
- ½ lime
- ice
- fresh cranberries (optional)
- Fill mug with ice
- Add Cranberry Thyme, Bourbon and Ginger Beer. Stir to mix.
- Squeeze ½ lime juice. Stir to mix.
- Garnish with a slice of lime and fresh cranberries.
