Happy Hour Spotlight: Diego Pops in Scottsdale

As we continue in our weekly Happy Hour Spotlight series, this week we stopped Diego Pops for some eats and drinks. Located on Scottsdale Road, just south of Stetson Drive, you can find Diego Pops right in the heart of downtown/waterfront area of Scottsdale.

When: Every day 3 pm – 6 pm. LOVE a happy hour that is available 7 days a week!!

Happy Hour Drinks Specials: $4 Diego Margaritas, $3 beers, $5 wine, $5 Sangria

Happy Hour Food Specials: 1/2 price appetizers

We ordered margaritas, chips and salsa, tortilla soup, mango habanero wings. We also ordered a few tacos off the regular menu. Loved, loved the tortilla soup. Such a fab taco menu too – just can’t decide which is my favorite.

I’ve also heard they have Margarita Snow Cones …. what?? yes, I need to go back to try those!

The weather is toasty, but they have coolers running on the patio. And plenty of seating inside too.
