I’m a HUGE fan of bucket lists – things to do before turning 50, things to do over summer break, places to travel, etc. I find making lists helps me to actually do these things. Don’t we all have things we want to do, but how many do we get around to actually doing?? A restaurant bucket list is also great because when you ask “where should we eat?”, you already have an awesome list of ideas and you don’t end up going to the same places. Phoenix is becoming such a foodie town with an explosion of new restaurants. You must get out there and taste the food, drink the drinks, and feel the vibe.
I encourage everyone to come up with a Restaurant Bucket list for 2017. New restaurants opening in 2017, one that opened in 2016 and you feel like everyone else has been too except for you, that dive taco shop everyone raves about or how about a classic Arizona restaurant. I also a few of my favorite local food writers to share their lists too.
Now before reading our lists, I’m encouraging YOU to write your own list. Share your lists in the comments – I’d love to see it. And I’m sure I’ll end up adding a few more to my list.
