Raspberries and bubbles
Simple but sophisticated cocktail for Valentine’s Day that you can mix at home. Enjoy with brunch or with dessert.

Chambord is a luxurious raspberry liquor. You could use any raspberry liquor but Chambord is my favorite. I often add a Chambord float when ordering a frozen margarita.
Valentine’s Day cocktails are all about bubbles. The light pink color of this drink is another win. The raspberry sorbet adds a layer of decadence. And it’s sorbet, so its dairy-free!

Raspberry Sorbet Spritz Cocktail Ingredients
Champagne
Chambord (or other raspberry liquor)
Raspberry Sorbet
Raspberries

How To Make the Perfect Valentine’s Cocktail
- Add 2-3 small scoops of raspberry sorbet to each champagne glass.
- Fill glass with champagne
- Add 1/4 ounce of Chambord to each glass.
- Add a few raspberries for garnish
